We

cannot

say how this

cascading wreck

of complacent greed

vulture capitalists

algorithms of hatred

cruel optimistic denial

slow motion climate apocalypse

assault grade weapons in every home

casual valorization of gangsters

riding fast to the future in driverless cars

will turn out— but it seems very safe to assume

the trends and prognosis are not for the good

our plans to weather them are sadly lame

imagination is truncated

the paths we had hoped for are blocked

we are badly fragmented

yet the storms still approach

so put down your roots

deep as you can

and practice

being

calm
